Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer several shipping options for orders within the United States:

Deliveries are made contingent upon your delivery service times. We use the USPS service with tracking information.  We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: CANADA

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at shopGlow@glowinpink.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopGlow@glowinpink.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
